PRANA ("we") is operated by Prashanth Gowda, providing general wellness education for people eating everyday Indian food in the UAE. You can reach us at info@pranareallife.com.
When you request the free guide, we collect the details you enter on the form: your full name, email address, WhatsApp number (including the country code you select), the main goal you choose, and, if you provide it, your food preference (e.g. vegetarian). We may also collect anonymous, aggregated visit statistics through privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics — this does not identify you.
To send you the PRANA Simple Start Guide, occasional related tips by email and WhatsApp, and news about PRANA products. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Your details are held on secure hosting provided by Hostinger. These servers are located in India, so your data is processed outside the UAE — by signing up, you consent to this transfer. Data is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and access is limited to us.
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with the service providers we use to run this list, acting on our behalf — for example our hosting and email provider (Hostinger) and, if we message you on WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta. We do not share your data for anyone else's marketing.
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, after which we remove them within a reasonable period.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@pranareallife.com. We'll action it promptly.
We may update this notice from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
